IHS: "Carolina Dreamin'"

When I left for work yesterday morning, gas was $3.10 for regular unleaded at the station closest to my house. When I came home last night after my evening class, it was $3.16. Today when I came home from work, it was $3.30.

Why is this ironic? And cruel?

1. I live twenty miles from work.

2. I drive an SUV.

Let’s hope for gas prices to drop.
